Q7: The capacity of the master disk is different from that of the child disk. Can it be copied?

Yes.
The duplicator first analyzes whether the data on the parent disk exceeds the capacity of the child disk. If no, the copy can be performed even if the capacity of the child disk is smaller than that of the parent disk.
If it is a full copy, the duplicator does not analyze the data beforehand, so you want to limit the child disk to be larger than the master disk.

Q8: Is the hard disk made with a quick copy exactly the same as the master disk?

Yes.
The duplicator can make a complete copy. Even for a quick copy of data, the master disk is analyzed first. Then the whole master disk content or system complete copy.

Q9: Why did copy fail?

1. Check whether the data capacity of the parent disk exceeds the full capacity of the child disk. If yes, ensure that the capacity of the sub-disk is greater than that of the parent disk (at least 1MB).
2. During the copy process, a message is displayed indicating that the copy fails. Check whether the quality of the subdisk or parent disk has bad blocks.
3. If there are no abnormalities in 1 and 2, please contact our technical personnel for assistance

Q10: Why is the copy speed slow?

The copy speed depends on the read/write speed of the hard disk in addition to the machine itself. Further investigation is required:
a. Use the disk check tool to check whether the disk read/write speed is abnormal.
b. Check whether all subdisks are slow, or fix several subdisks that are slow? If not all the hard disks and slots are slow, please check whether the slots are worn out and need to be replaced.

Q11: How do I copy data to a hard disk?

In addition to the copy function, the duplicator also has the function of data comparison. You can enable the comparison function. After the copy is complete, the system automatically compares data between the parent disk and the child disk. Ensure that data copy is not lost or damaged.

Q12: How many copiers can be supported for tandem simultaneous copy?

Ensure the copy speed and efficiency of the duplicator. It is recommended to connect a maximum of 50 PCS (1000 ports) in series.

Q13: What is the difference between fast copy and full copy?

Fast copy: Only the format data area supported by the system is copied. The blank area is avoided, which greatly reduces the copy time and improves the copy efficiency. If fast copy is selected, the duplicator analyzes data first. If the actual target card cannot contain all parent data, the copy opportunity turns red.
Full copy: regardless of any format and file size, the duplicator does not analyze, and directly carries out rail-to-rail copy, which takes a long time to copy.

Q14: Why does the red light light up immediately after I insert the card and press the copy key?

Please check whether your parent source data is larger than the child source, or if the parent source data location is out of the child source space.
If you copy NTFS format, make sure that your parent Flash capacity is smaller than that of the child flash.
Please put your parent source on the PC to see if it can be read normally.
If you are copying the SD card, make sure that the SD card is locked.
